Well, it’s almost July- Crazy, right?  If you are like me, you set out at the beginning of 2014 with a few things on your list that you wanted to accomplish for the year.  And, also if you are like me, they have fallen victim to that thing I call “life”.

Mid-year is a great time to re-focus and re-energize efforts around personal growth.  The interesting thing about personal growth is that it’s hard to achieve if you don’t educate yourself.

Maybe a better way to accomplish some tasks is to take baby steps- arm ourselves with the knowledge that will make you more confident and likely to make some changes. One of my goals for the year was around organization. When I set out to find a way to prepare myself for this challenge, I found this great article from The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center about boosting organizational performance.  It lists the Top 10 books to read if this is something you want to add to your toolkit.
