Irrelevant details?

I am a firm believer that it’s the little things that make a difference. Oftentimes, these little things are not even easily recognizable. In fact, they are usually most noticeable when they are missing or are done poorly. A stationery store that sells “stationary” according to their sign. I admit- that would make me question the quality of their product. It is probably fine, but it’s these little things that would drive me somewhere else.
I love the way Seth Godin describes it and the examples he gives.
Give it a read- Does “stationary” matter?
I think you’ll be nodding your head in agreement…….OR, maybe not.
How do you feel about this? Important or stupid?
Until next time,
