In life, things can often get sideways when we aren’t careful with how we communicate.  Beyond good communication showing kindness and professionalism, oftentimes the wrong choice of words, or even just tone, can fan the flames and increase frustration or anger in the clients we are trying to serve.  Have you ever said something thinking it would calm down a client or person in your life only to have it completely backfire and cause WW3?  Choosing your words wisely and having a positive attitude represents your company and yourself with grace, respect and consideration.
