Walter Meranze, Founder and President, began his career as a financial advisor in 1967, working for several large firms. He is a perennial Chairman’s level qualifier and has appeared frequently on numerous top performer surveys, including Barron’s1 national Top 100/Pennsylvania Top 1000 Broker lists.
Ken Dysart, CIMA®, Head Investment Strategist, has worked alongside Walter through predecessor organizations since 1994. With a background in portfolio management and asset allocation, Ken manages the team’s multiple portfolios. He has been specialty trained in the fields of Rule 144 transactions, 401k plan management, and Rule 10b-18 corporate reacquisitions and 10b5-1 plans.

Sean Gogola, CFP®, Portfolio and Planning Strategist, is a broker and investment advisor. Jay Bass, Director of Operations, manages the firm’s day-to-day operations and also serves as Compliance Officer, capitalizing on his rigorous attention to detail to ensure smooth operations on an ongoing basis. Prior to joining Cordatus Wealth Management, LLC, Jay spent six years at its predecessor firm and five years in various operational roles at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he also served as Chairman of the Client Associate Advisory Council and an Ambassador Program member. He has received numerous accolades including Service Distinction Awards and was named a Distinguished Service Professional.
