Feelings are fact; Perception is reality

In the world of finance, we have taken a hit for presumably not putting client’s interests first.  The few bad have tarnished the majorities that are good.  This is a big reason why providing an environment that is authentic, where the client feels safe and has trust in the advisor is of paramount importance.

To a less-than happy customer, or even one that has been let down by someone before, feelings are fact and their perception is the reality of that situation.
