Dallas, TX (PR Web) Thursday, July 18, 2013– Prospera Financial Services is proud to announce the completion of the acquisition of TCA Financial Group, LLC (TCA) located in Charlotte, NC. TCA is a full service broker-dealer that champions the relationship between advisors and clients.
The firm was founded in 2004 and since then, the firm has attracted numerous financial advisors and professionals who believe that serving clients first should be the priority. Prospera and TCA entered into this transaction for numerous reasons, namely: the quality and size of advisors at TCA, similar culture, the core types of business that the advisors concentrate in and an alignment of core values.
