Advisors, leaders and team members gathered for investment insights, best practices and philanthropy at three-day national conference
DALLAS, Nov. 12, 2025 — Prospera Financial Services, Inc. (“Prospera”), a boutique wealth management firm supporting a nationwide network of independent advisors, today announced it attracted a record number of financial advisors, leaders and partners to its 2025 CONNECT national conference in Dallas.
The three-day event held at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West is aimed at delivering knowledge, insights and best practices to Prospera’s national network of wealth managers.
“The wealth management industry continues to evolve and become more complex,” said Tarah Williams, Prospera President and COO. “We design our annual national conference for our community of advisors to hear from industry leaders on investment strategies, client support, technology and growth strategies. But more so, it’s an opportunity for our network to gather and learn from each other, foster our unique culture and prepare for what’s next.”
This year’s conference focused on how to prepare and leverage the generational wealth transfer, the utilization of artificial intelligence without sacrificing personalized service and the process of building a lasting, sustainable business in this dynamic industry. It also provided insights on how advisors could leverage Prospera’s Generational Wealth platform offering family office services.
CONNECT also featured a service event where participants could create care packages for A Soldier’s Hands, a Pennsylvania-based non-profit that works with deployed military units to ensure members receive mail.
Andrew Tarvin, CEO of leadership development Humor That Works, delivered a keynote address on how humor can sharpen communication, strengthen relationships and support creative problem solving.
Other speakers included:
- Jackie Wilkie of First Trust on the evolution of advisors to be coaches, consultants and co-creators
- Jenny Harrington, CEO and Portfolio Manager with Gilman Hill Asset Management on navigating investment markets for the rest of the year and beyond
- John Lynch, Managing Director, First Trust Portfolios Direct Indexing & SMAs, on Concentrated Stock Solutions
- Chris Bravender, Fixed Income Manager with Prospera Financial Services, discussed the firm’s fixed income markets strategy
Williams added, “I leave CONNECT each year inspired by our advisors and excited about what’s ahead. The insights and feedback we receive help us evolve and strengthen our approach to serving them. It’s a powerful reminder of our shared commitment to growth and collaboration.”
